U Agaty Żychlińskiej zwierzęta pojawiają się jako figury kobiecej siły i instynktu, ale także napięcia i wściekłości. Odnoszą się do natury rozumianej nie jako przestrzeń harmonii, lecz jako obszar intensywności i ambiwalencji. To, co naturalne, jest tu źródłem wzmocnienia, ale również czymś, co może zranić i wymknąć się kontroli. Zwierzęcość pozostaje cielesna i niejednoznaczna, opierając się prostym podziałom i oswojonym narracjom.

Tom Swoboda podejmuje temat konfliktu i przemocy, ukazując świat, w którym granice pomiędzy tym, co ludzkie i nieludzkie, ulegają zatarciu. Wojna ma tu wymiar realnego doświadczenia, ale też wewnętrznego napięcia. Hybryda pojawia się jako forma przystosowania powstała z konieczności w odpowiedzi na rozpad porządku społecznego i biologicznego. Zniszczone pejzaże i zdegradowana architektura budują obraz rzeczywistości pozbawionej stabilnych punktów odniesienia.

W obrazach i rysunkach Łukasza Dziedzica istotną rolę odgrywa rytuał rozumiany jako gest przemiany i wzmocnienia. Seria Maski opiera się na intuicyjnym procesie, w którym twarze uchodźców zaczerpnięte z materiałów reporterskich zmieniają się pomiędzy portretem a maską. Maska nie służy tu ukryciu tożsamości, lecz jej zagęszczeniu. Staje się nośnikiem pamięci, odpornośc i energiii. Rytualny gest działa jako symboliczne wsparcie w doświadczeniu migracji i poszukiwania miejsca.

Zestawione razem realizacje tworzą przestrzeń, w której zmiana nie jest celem, lecz stanem trwania. To, co ludzkie i to, co inne, nie zostaje tu wyraźnie oddzielone. Formy pozostają otwarte i niejednoznaczne.

Wystawa nie proponuje gotowych odpowiedzi. Zatrzymuje się na etapie, w którym nic nie jest jeszcze ostateczne. W tym miejscu zachowuje swoją siłę, ponieważ nie daje się łatwo uporządkować ani oswoić.

In Agata Żychlińska’s works, animals appear as figures of female strength and instinct, but also of tension and rage. They relate to nature understood not as a space of harmony but as a field of intensity and ambivalence. What is natural becomes a source of empowerment, yet also something that can wound and escape control. Animality remains bodily and ambiguous, resisting simple divisions and domesticated narratives.

Tom Swoboda addresses conflict and violence, presenting a world in which the boundaries between the human and the nonhuman begin to blur. War appears both as a concrete experience and as an inner tension. The hybrid emerges as a form of adaptation born out of necessity, responding to the collapse of social and biological order. Ruined landscapes and degraded architecture construct an image of reality deprived of stable points of reference.

In the paintings and drawings of Łukasz Dziedzic, ritual plays an important role, understood as a gesture of transformation and strengthening. The Masks series is based on an intuitive process in which the faces of refugees, drawn from documentary materials, shift between portrait and mask. The mask does not conceal identity but intensifies it. It becomes a carrier of memory, resilience and energy. The ritual gesture functions as a symbolic form of support within the experience of migration and the search for a place.

Presented together, these works create a space in which change is not a goal but a condition of ongoing existence. The human and the other are not clearly separated. Forms remain open and ambiguous.

The exhibition does not offer ready answers. It remains at the stage where nothing is yet final. In this suspension it retains its force, resisting easy order and domestication.
